TA Teen Stream
Totally for Teens. Make it a goal to integrate focused workouts into your everyday life with TA Teen Stream: a weekly workout program designed by Tracy Anderson exclusively for teens ages 13 - 19. Whether you're a graduate of Teen Meta, currently reading Total Teen, or completely new to exercise and the Tracy Anderson Method, TA Teen Stream will help you become your healthiest and most balanced self.
Each week, teen subscribers will receive a new weekly workout led by one of Tracy's top instructors through a digital platform. While the workout is prescribed in a gentle format for growing bodies, Tracy recommends no more than 50 minutes (30 minutes of muscular structure mat work and 20 minutes of dance cardio) a day, 1-7 days per week. On days when you have already completed a physical activity or are feeling tired, consider simply following Tracy's arm sequence to enhance your energy level and achieve your daily, focused workout goals.
